The Elvis Presley Charitable Foundation (EPCF), a qualified 501(c)(3) organization, offers support to various charitable organizations, especially focusing on arts, education and children's programs in the Memphis/Whitehaven area, and also supports the Elvis Presley Endowed Scholarship Fund at the College of Communication & Fine Arts at the University of Memphis.

The Elvis Presley Charitable Foundation is overseen by the management team of Graceland/Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. The EPCF is a separate, purely philanthropic 501(c)(3) charitable organization. The staff operate the foundation in addition to their regular responsibilities and the company underwrites all the EPCF’s administrative expenses. Therefore, all of the EPCF's funds are used for charitable donations, with nothing deducted for staffing or any other costs of operating the foundation. Donations are tax deductible.
