Ang ACED-BagoSphere BPO Fellowship (BBF) Program mula sa Ateneo Center for Educational Development (ACED) at BagoSphere ay binubuo ng isang buwang intensive online training na may kasamang live coach. Layon ng programa na ihanda ang bawat aplikante mula sa BPO recruitment interviews hanggang sa pag-apply sa partner BPO companies para mapataas ang kanilang chance na makapasok sa industriya ng BPO.

  • Lahat ng eligible applicants ay pwedeng maging beneficiary. Hinihikayat ng Grab ang lahat, lalo na ang mga miyembro ng Grab at Move It community (at ang kanilang mga pamilya) na maging bahagi ng programang ito.
  • Para ito sa kinder, elementary, at high school students (Bursary), enrolled college freshmen/first year college students (College Scholarships), at jobseekers na gustong magtrabaho sa BPO industry (ACED-BagoSphere BPO Fellowship). May iba’t ibang eligibility requirements ang bawat programa. Alamin ang mga ito bago mag-apply.
  • Bukas sa applicants na nakatira sa alinmang bahagi ng Pilipinas ang school expenses aid o bursary.
  • Para sa enrolled college freshmen na nag-aaral sa kahit saang unibersidad o kolehiyo sa Pilipinas ang college scholarships.
  • Para naman sa “ACED-BagoSphere BPO Fellowship”, dapat nakatira ang aplikante sa NCR, CALABARZON, Bulacan, Bacolod City, Iloilo City, Cebu City, Davao, Clark, Pampanga, Ilocos Norte, o Ilocos Sur.

Grab is happy to partner with BagoSphere in implementing the GrabScholar Program. BagoSphere supports the GrabScholar Program as the overall administrator, facilitating the screening and implementation of the Bursaries, College Scholarships, and the ACED-BagoSphere BPO Fellowship Program.

BagoSphere is an online human skills school for jobseekers and workers. It partners with leading companies in the Philippines such as Foundever (formerly Sitel and Sykes), Boldr, Concentrix and Alorica to provide training in human skills (like interpersonal skills, self-awareness, teamwork and digital skills) and an accelerated pathway to full-time employment. The company has a community of over 40,000 members and has graduated over 10,000 alumni from underserved, low-income communities in the Philippines, with a >80% job placement rate 90 days after graduation.
