The Welsh Medical Committee advises on health and the medical profession. The committee advises ministers and the government on all matters relating to the medical profession. Committee members act as leaders to the medical profession. They produce professional guidance and report any issues to concern to the Chief Medical Officer. They agree and implement an annual work programme which reflects the priorities of the profession.
