Fleur Thomas
Biography
Fleur Thomas was appointed Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on 21 April 2021, after presenting her credentials to HRH Grand Duke Henri. She previously held the post of Head of Exports in the Ministry of Defence.
Fleur joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 2020, having previously worked as a Senior Civil Servant in the Ministry of Defence and Department for International Trade, and as a Director in an Arms Length Body to the Ministry of Defence. She started working as a part time Crown Servant in 2002, and had a portfolio career for a number of years before joining the civil service full time.
