Biography

Mr Paul Brummell CMG was appointed Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Latvia in July 2021. Previously he was Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Romania from 2014 until 2018 and has served as High Commissioner to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean.
