Little and simple: my first contribution to this excelent tool for Wordpress.

Spanish - Venezuela translation: we use the "castilian language" in a slightly different form written (and our pronuntiaton is BIG difference, but not important to this case!).
An easy way to go up to the TOC at every line heading, I consider is NOT like javascript function "window.scrollTo(0, top);"

At my website I'm using this modification, so I tested before commit it,
