Virus Killer (alpha)

This program's goal is to be able to run from a jump drive. Upon running the program it will perform the following algorithm. Note, the algorithm is not automated, but it tells the user what to do:

1. Stop everything from running...including the virus
2. Get Internet
3. Fix your Local Time
4. Remove malicious items from your startup
5. Run Malware-Bytes to remove malicious items
6. Reboot
7. Run CCleaner Registry cleaner
