Schema filtering is currently only supported when using pgstream as a library. You can configure it as part of the translator module. We'll add some documentation soon to detail how to use pgstream as a library for enhanced configuration options.

The CLI pgstream tool processes all events for now, although it's something we plan to improve in the future.
