The current pull request template could benefit from a review and update to ensure it covers all relevant aspects of the development and review process. This issue proposes adding sections for better clarity, accountability, and evidence documentation.

Proposed changes

• Add a Configuration changes section to document any modifications to configuration files or parameters.
• Add a Review checklist to help reviewers track what needs to be verified before approving the pull request.
• Improve the structure of the template by separating Evidence of changes and Tests introduced into standalone sections for clarity.
• Enhance the Checklist for reviewers with specific items like testing evidence, code reviews, and configuration updates.
• Ensure all sections are modular and adaptable to various types of pull requests (features, bug fixes, etc.).
