bump version 0.2.2

Support for python-xlib patched with python3 support. #5

Now Debian and Ubuntu ship python-xlib with python3 support patch.
python2 and python3 versions are produced from the same source. In
patched version python-xlib mistakenly tries to decode byte strings. So
we should handle both strings and unicode objects.

Update 0.2 release date in changelog
