Before leaving for my week cruise, I released v0.1.0 and pushed it out to ArtifactHub. Still need to work out the workflow automation to improve and reduce some of the caveats. It was released under the MIT license in the hope to encourage more collaboration as there does not appear to be much other work in progress to support Boundary under Kubernetes.
