Describe the bug
The highest_qual_score of any event's rankings doesn't report the correct number

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Make a GET request to /api/event/[eventkey]/rankings
  2. See highest_qual_score values

Or

  1. Go to the rankings page of any event
  2. See the 'Highest Score' column

Expected behavior
it should have showed the highest score that the team scored in quals matches
