Go project generator with optional docker and apex up configuration

$ go install pups.go

By default, it will be installed to your GOBIN, so make sure that its defined in your environment.

Make sure also that GOBIN is in your PATH. The pups cli command should be available from anywhere in your system.

$ pups -help
