Recent version of Bitcoin added anchor outputs (to be used with 0 fees v3 transactions) - bc1pfeessrawgf. Library doesn't currently seem to support it.

@paulmillr I was looking into that earlier, but it's certainly hitting the ceiling of my familiarity with the library. Would be happy to place a bounty for full support of P2A address type.

I mostly want to experiment with it. For example, I could do a batch inscription where every output goes to bc1pfeessrawgf. Publish the TX hex, and have the community pay to get it mined + receive the inscription.

Similarly, I am working on (in my head mostly) a staking protocol. I could pre-generate a withdraw TX with a P2A output, and allow anyone to process the withdrawl.
