Notes for Development milestone 1.1.0

- oc-apps/cad.php missing sidebar button
- oc-apps/cad.php New Persons Bolo/New vehicle bolo not displaying modal.
- oc-apps/civilian.php missing sidebar button
- oc-apps/civilian.php warrants buttons not working when true
- oc-apps/civilian.php weapon missing icon in top bar
- oc-apps/mdt.php AOP button missing data (May be a issue with my version, not sure)
- oc-apps/oc-profile.php Undefined variables (I will resolve)
- oc-apps/oc-start.php Only display "Debug Info" button if debug is turned on OR allow it to display debug info even when it's turned off.
- oc-content/themes/default/includes/admin/globalModals.inc.php Reset all button, formatting looks odd, maybe add the confirm button next too the drop down, or have action button full width

Proposal Maybe create a button that will allow users to download a support log that will contain all of the information needed for support, IE, all information that is needed to support a bug report.
