This seems to be due to the default basic lands being the last ones in the list in game, the newly released promotional lands haven't been added to the database. All the database updates to the tracker have only come at expansion release as far as i have seen so unless they add them early it may be a while.

Here is a flawed temp solution:
If you want to get the tracker to work you can choose to change the lands from the default every time you build a deck (draft or standard). Although this means you can't use the nice new promo lands :(.
