Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using a 3rd party launcher, like atlauncher or prism launcher. you cant use the generate new world function.

Describe the solution you'd like
Something simaler to the existing world function but to set the directory Minecraft is installed in.

Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
This could also allow you to set what version of Minecraft you want if the tool supports more than one version of Minecraft.
