Update README.md (DeviaVir#706)

I have updated --enable_profit_stop_pct to new option: --profit_stop_enable_pct Note I have not changed --sell_rate=-0.006 because apart from not existing anymore in the options I don't know if this is an old reference to some other option parameter.
