Currently, the documentation page for TGI only allows users to see docs for main (see screenshot). It would be nice to view the docs at different points in time, for different release tags to understand the features/capabilities with the associated docker image.
Motivation
QOL improvement for users on older versions of TGI.

Opening issue for now to document. Will look to see if I can make the changes for this to happen.
