Verification Rights are given to Admin. Login to admin dashboard and verify the candidate.

candidate registration is not working.i tried to open new company.but the registration process is not happening.

don't get confused between candidate and company
company registration is working but the candidate is not, and that is because the verification mail is not getting sent to the registered mail id of the candidate.
