Hi, Starting this thread to discuss and receive continuous feedbacks on roadmap for features/improvement in next version.

  • Login button on Mobile view: Currently only Subscribe button is visible on Mobile view, not login button
  • Ads: Feature to include at various places such as below header, in article etc. Option to disable ad for paid members. Ad features #113
  • Social media sharing icons: Tested on post with sidebar and are not available
  • Author social media icons: Show author's social media account at the top alongside author's name, instead of sharing link. It's advisable to keep article sharing link at the bottom of post
  • Last update date: Show last updated date on individual posts along with published date, Latest commit 930321d has info in source code, however not showing to user in Ux
  • Follow menu: Separate follow button in header as like Mapache theme
  • Google Lighthouse related improvements Lighthouse optimization #90
  • Show post excerpt for both free & paid members post also on home page. Currently not shown even after using custom excerpt
  • In default configuration for PrismJS, add copy to clipboard button for PrismJS using Copy to Clipboard Button
  • Code block with Caption doesn't have horizontal scroll and code cut across sidebar. Once caption is removed, horizontal scroll appears and size remain within post content. Happens only on Non-AMP pages, AMP page is ok.

AMP specific

  • Centre Alignment for in post images. Currently images (Regular), specially smaller one are aligned to left on amp pages

Updated results above after testing with v0.3.4. Using Post Sidebar Template.

Hi

  • Last update date: It happens is that it breaks a little the design, at the moment the last update of the post is in the title of the tag.
  • Author social media icons: The theme is inspired by médium. It would be nice to collect data if users click on the share icons. For example in my case it works for me.
  • Follow menu: Simply has a heder with the dropdown you could use that dropdown for social media.
