Title says it all.

Example to replicate: https://svelte.dev/repl/c31ed333efd844f4ab861c49518ed1f5?version=3.25.0

You will see, that the error in BrokenComponent is not being caught. But if you would move BrokenComponent outside if, it would be caught.
