This is a design discussion that could become an option.

If a user is a site admin, we would want to offer an option where the available and ready properties are taken out, and we can offer a ./cc refresh --ready-only where we only produce the modules that have matching SIF/sandboxes. As it would be redundant, displaying the ready property would no longer needed.
