This repository maintains the data analysis from Amanda master thesis.
The objective of the study is to predict MDD recurrence and severe depression in MDD patients after three years of follow-up.
It contains:
- Datasets used;
- Scripts for each prediction model;
- Notes about virtual meetings in portuguese.
R packages used are dplyr, caret, purrr and ggplot2.
