Well done for the great work on this package! Is there plans to Package the code as a pip module (even just the parts to download and save the differing variant effect datasets)? I think this would make it far more usable in the long run and shouldn't require too much work up front - the need to clone the repo makes it a little awkward when trying to include it in other projects.
