Hi @LiuTingWed ! Thank you for writing here :)
To fix the exception, you need to visit the Berkeley CS188 Course and download the zip archive containing the game files.
Among those files, you'll also find the smallGrid layout. Here is the link: http://ai.berkeley.edu/reinforcement.html
