It would be awesome if Actionhero projects could be generated with plugins ready to go. This would make the new developer experience much nicer.

npx generate actionhero --plugin ah-seqeulzie-plugin --plugin ah-next-plugin --plugin ah-resque-ui

This would build a new actionhero project with the ah-seqeulzie-plugin, ah-next-plugin and ah-resque-ui plugins installed. It would also:

• know how to create the config files for each plugin
• know how to create new folders and files for each plugin (ie: models and migrations for ah-seqeulize-plugin)

Idea: Each plugin adds a new section to its packge.json so the Actionhero generator knows what else to do, like copying files over from the plugin or installing additional dependencies. We shouldn't rely on npm postinstall so this makes sense as it's own CLI command.
