added menu/38c3_all_rooms.json, which includes SOS with rooms
renamed menu/38c3.json -> menu/38c3_main_rooms_only.json and changed title to 38C3 - main rooms only (idk if renaming the json will cause problems)

the 38c3 - all rooms feed doesn't include self organized sessions without a room.
there might be a experimental feed which contains these via pseudo rooms (source: #hub:events.ccc.de (matrix))
