Describe the bug
The rule builder selectize for airport codes isn't working properly, and is displaying strange characters.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to rule builder
Bag, destination airport
Start typing jfk
Notice strange characters

dje04001 added the bug label

dje04001 added the 1 - Ready label

dje04001 added this to the Next Sprint milestone

dje04001 added 0 - Backlog and removed 1 - Ready labels

dje04001 modified the milestones: Next Sprint, Backlog (milestone), Not Critical / Not Immediate, Bug Fix - Minor
