Minor Data Files Updates (FailMessages, Models)

- Corrected grouping for rockets in Weapon Models. They are now part of the projectiles group so they can also fire the functional projectile objects. - Added missing "a_f_y_topless_01" model to NSFW_Models - Added a cutscene model for Franklin's phone that was missing from CutsceneModelsProps - Updated FailMessages with new additions from Fryterp23 and myself.
