Version:
OpenVSP 3.36.0 (Win10 64bit)

Problem:
VSPAERO fails to start with the following error message:

Component Group: 1 lists non-existant Component: 3

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open a new file
  2. Add a BLANK component
  3. Add a PROP component (on the vehicle level)
  4. Select Analysis>Aero>VSPAERO
  5. Select Overview>Panel Method
  6. Select Advanced>Rotating Blades
  7. Select Launch Solver

I have attached a file that has all settings until step 6 for easy repro.
