What happened?

I'm trying out MudBlazor example with MudDynamicTabs and see that example does not work as expected. When I create a lot of tabs that does not fit in screen there is no auto scroll to selected tab. Same thing when I remove tabs

Expected behavior

I expect that when u select tab that is not on the screen it should auto scroll. And same thing when u remove/delete all the tabs on the screen it's should auto scoll to last exist tab

Reproduction steps

1. Open reporoduction lin
2. Create enough numbers of dynamic tabs that will not fit in screen
3. FIRST PROFIT! U can see that it's does not autoscroll
4. Scroll to tab that was hidden
5. Remove this tab
6. SECOND PROFIT! U can see that it's does not autoscroll to last hidden tab
