横向滚动时，表头不会跟内容一起滚动，并且会发生错位 #10

我将表格的每一列的宽度固定，左右各有一列固定在左右两边，在页面所小的时候表身的列会和表头发生错位，横向滚动时表头也不会随表身滚动。
