Describe the desired behavior

Add a step in the KG-COVID-19 build to create test and training splits of the graph. Maybe also test/train/validate?
Then push to S3 and provide link on wiki (?).

Additional context

This was suggested by Christian Meilicke as a comment after a KG-COVID-19 presentation.
