Cauldron.Interception reference not getting added to project. #79

After installing cauldron via nuget package management in VS2017 there do not seem to be any references added to the solution which in turn means that using Cauldron.Interception does not resolve.

You can reproduce this by downloading the example project linked to on the wiki (this one)
Update all 3 nuget packages in it to their latest versions and you'll see that the Cauldron namespace can no longer be found.

Have I missed a setup step somewhere or is this a bug?

I also faced with this problem and did not find a solution.
VS 2017, .NET Framework 4.5
