Currently Symbiota supports Google Analytics via a Google Analytics Key and a Google Analytics Tag. With the update of Google Analytics to GA4, they'd like folks to use Google Tag Manager and install GTM containers to sites instead of using the Key/Tag pairings. Although none of the current functionality is broken necessarily, it's definitely now considered a legacy method and we're unable to use GTM and all its cool, fun features to manage our tags. Updates requested :)
