The Related Posts display on the front-end of a site no longer respects the "Show date" and "Show context (category/tag)" options under Settings > Reading.

We should remove those checkboxes from the settings now. Two tasks I can think of:

1. Remove the checkboxes and underlying support for those options.
2. Make sure the "preview" UI in WP Admin, underneath the settings is updated to always show the same view as the front-end, like Calypso UI does now.

Calypso admin UI under Settings > Traffic is already hiding these two obsolete options.
