Hi Based on the given details, I understand that the details provided on each URL of your target website can have variations of details, the example shared is the most basic one. I will build a system that detects tracked data points and any new data points that have not been tracked. This will help save as much data as possible in the development phase and add it to the database. I have built a similar scrapper for Facebook Pages while scrapping 1 million URLs as FB has different versions of pages based on the date they were created/updated I fully understand the concern to focus on available data and ensure we collect all of the data available I will store this data in a database but want to know how you want this to be delivered.
