We are looking for someone who is capable of launching the products from inception to success!
We are excited to present a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as a new Product Manager. We are going to launch on the Tech platform 40 programs linked with international schools. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in both new product management and marketing strategies, contributing to the growth and success of our innovative education platform.
YOUR MISSIONS
Marketing Management Responsibilities:
Ø Brainstorming: Explore creative ideas with creatives and marketing team to market the launch of the new programs.
Ø Market Research: conduct market studies to identify industry trends, student needs, and competitor positioning. Analyze feedback from candidates and prospects to refine the program offering, address pain points, and improve overall satisfaction.
Ø Branding and Marketing Strategy: Define market segments, target the right audience, and establish strong positioning through consistent messaging and brand identity. differentiation
Ø Marketing Plan and Execution: Take full ownership of the DBA programs, particularly AI & Business-focused courses, ensuring they meet market demands by analyzing 4 Ps to our products and implement them.
Ø Digital Communications: Manage digital platforms, oversee marketing content, and host webinars to engage prospects. Maintain communication through emailing, social media, and automatize webinars.
Brand Management Responsibilities:
Ø KPI Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as enrollment rates, completion rates, and student satisfaction to inform product decisions.
Ø Partnerships: Build strategic partnerships with agents & corporate organizations to promote executive education programs and increase student sponsorships.
Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor's degree in business management, and operations management or another closely related field
Ø Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
Ø Experience in launching products
Ø Proficient in project marketing management
Ø Knowledge in digital marketing tools (webpage, google ads and LinkedIn ads)
Ø Strong understanding of product development, marketing principles, branding, and communication strategies
Ø Strong sense of creative ideation
Attributes:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing & in the academic world
