I need someone to assist with data entry. The task involves transferring mixed data from a TXT file to an Excel spreadsheet while cross-referencing information with a PDF source.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately transcribe mixed data from a TXT file into Excel.
- Compare and validate data against a provided PDF source.
- Implement basic error checking and data validation.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel with experience in standard formatting.
- Strong attention to detail for data comparison and validation.
- Ability to work with mixed data types (numerical and text).
The project involves processing 1000 data entries. The project must be completed within one week. High precision is required for data validation. A minimum accuracy level of 95-98% is required. Please use Custom Formatting for the Excel spreadsheet as specified. The Excel spreadsheet should include specific column headers and custom formatting guidelines. The Excel spreadsheet should have specific column headers such as 'Name', 'Address', 'Suburb', etc.
Please prioritize the data from the PDF source in case of discrepancies. Please use the following custom formatting guidelines: Category, Name, address and suburb. No additional formatting instructions are required beyond the current guidelines.
