HMO License Appeal Letter Assistance

As such, the proposed development fails to comply with Policies DMP1 and BH7 of the Brent Local Plan 2019-2041, Brent’s Houses in Multiple Occupation Supplementary Planning Document (2022) and Policy D6 of the London Plan 2021. All shown in the new layout of windows to have adequate daylight and every room has natural daylight. 2 The proposed development, by reason of the insufficient information provided in relation to the proposed fenestration and to the use of the rear outbuilding cannot be fully considered in terms of impact on the character of the host dwelling and amenity of future occupiers and neighbouring properties. The proposal has failed to demonstrate compliance with Policy DMP1 of the Brent Local Plan (2019-2041) and Brent’s Houses in Multiple Occupation Supplementary Planning Document (2022). Cleary explained has nothing to do with HMO license and its just a storage/gym room The successful freelancer will have experience with property management and HMO licensing, and will be skilled at persuasive writing.
