Please see this URL for the current logo: http://net1plus.com. You will see that there is a TM on this logo. That is not required. I will need the resulting files in Illustrator and other standard formats. The log wil be used in print for letterhead, business cards, and website.

The company is an IT Consulting Firm covering the areas of Networking, Security, and Systems.

I am looking for a talented and creative graphic designer to modernize our existing logo and refresh our brand image. The main goal of this project is to attract a new target audience and stay relevant in the industry.

I have some general preferences for the new logo, but I am open to suggestions and excited to see the freelancer's creativity. I believe in giving the designer the freedom to explore different ideas and elements that could be incorporated into the modernized logo.

As for the color preferences, I am also open to suggestions. Whether we keep the same colors or change them completely, I am looking for a logo that is visually appealing and represents our brand in a modern and professional way.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong graphic design skills
- Experience in logo design and branding
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills to understand and incorporate my preferences and suggestions
