Large Office Space Design
Your valuable feedback is required for future submission. White area indicates the designed area. In this plan, less area is designated for cubicles. I have kept the public spaces limited to the entrance lobby for office privacy but still sense of curiosity is maintained. Cubicles are placed near window. Natural light will enhance the experience of space . Storage and kitchen are placed near the backdoor for ease in the pick and drop services. Wooden slants, planters and aquarium are made part of design to create an ambiance along with natural light. Hope you like my this concept as well.

Being an architect and visualizing the space, I have intentionally proposed the “Feature wall” with office name, to be seen first upon entering from the elevator lobby rather than directly seeing a dull wall and a door. This will create a focal point, drawing the eye to the wall and then gradually leading towards the entrance door. This creates a visual impact and an aesthetic statement to the door.- 9 meses atrás

For area 5500 sq.ft:
There is a little confusion. The area marked in the pdf file (previously uploaded) with yellow color seems to be same as the new uploaded pdf file -an example of small area utilization (if staircase is taken as reference). Moreover, the requirements are also not fulfilled like no office measuring 10’x 15’ in on the internal walls.
My suggestion is , if it is possible, not to reduce the area to 5500 sq.ft., as the space will loose its ambiance. But if it is not possible in any case, then little requirements will suffer. I will propose new plan based on sample plan.- 9 meses atrás

It would be preferable that the front entrance be closer to the elevators to make it easier for customers to find us.
Also, the space utilized was not reduced to the approximate 5,500 square feet as requested.- 9 meses atrás
