The project is not completed according to the dispute

Great service. We are picky so sometimes things weren't so clear but every time she worked with us until it was done to our satisfaction.

First project was through freelancer and went somewhat smooth. Seemed trustworthy. They asked to do second half of the job away from freelancer. Because of multiple issues that all happened at once, communication became sporadic. After a few months had passed they finally reached out to me explaining the situation and offered my money back. I wished it had gone better but I can see how they could overlook my project the way they did.
