Hello. I'm glad to see you. And Thank you for visiting my profile. My expertise is in building custom web applications and bioinformatics pipelines. My current stack is Vue.js, React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Apollo Client on the front end, TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL (Nest.js) on the back end. I also code extensively in Python for ETL scripting and bioinformatics. Our team works to aggregate data from several clinical databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, IBM DB2, Sybase, MongoDB, and MySQL. I've also started working toward becoming a certified AWS Cloud Solutions Architect as we migrate several applications to MSK's Hybrid Cloud. I have a BS in Computer Science and received an MS in Bioinformatics.
