What We're Looking For:
A talented content creator experienced in gaming-related content creation for YouTube.

Responsibilities:
Create 100% original high-quality gaming videos.

Provide consistent output to maintain the channel's momentum and growth.
**Compensation Structure:
Initial compensation will be performance-based, with payment provided after agreed-upon milestones or measurable results (e.g., increased views, engagement, or revenue).
As the channel grows, you'll receive a higher percentage of channel revenue to reward your contributions to its success.

Requirements:
