Cold Calling and Lead Generation Specialist for Hotel Franchise Development Who We Are We are a Franchise Lead Generation service partnering with a leading hotel chain. Our mission is to identify and connect with hotel owners in targeted markets, scheduling appointments to help transition their properties into our client’s brand. Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a professional, native English speaker with proven experience in cold calling and lead generation. Experience in franchise development and knowledge of the hotel industry is a strong advantage. The primary objective is to generate qualified leads by connecting with hotel owners and setting appointments for our sales team from a list provided. Key Responsibilities - Call hotel owners using a list provided each week. - Qualify leads to ensure they meet the target criteria. - Maintain accurate and detailed notes for each call to share with the team. - Schedule at least two appointments per day with viable prospects. Expectations - Make calls to 50 properties daily (250 calls per week). - Set 2 appointments per 50 properties called. - Use the scripts and training provided to guide your conversations. - You can complete calls on a flexible schedule (knock them all out in 1 day or 1 week), as long as the weekly target is met. - The average time to complete 50 calls is 20 minutes; completing 250 calls for the week typically takes 1 hour and 40 minutes. Compensation - Base pay: $25 per week. - Appointment incentive: $25 per successful appointment set. - Deal incentive: $1,000–$3,000 for each deal closed by the team from your appointments. Ideal Skills and Experience - Strong knowledge of the hotel industry and its operations. - Proven success in cold calling and lead generation. - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to assess and qualify leads efficiently. - Experience in franchise development is a plus.
