Community Manager and Social Media Marketing Advisor

We need to hire, per hour, an advisor-expert who has experience as a community manager and social media marketing "defining and executing advertising campaigns and budgets through Instagram, Facebook and hopefully Tic Tok". This is for micro-marketing of our App. Our App is a social media App to evaluate, rate and share human skills in sports activities, arts, entertainment and professions. The idea is to carry out several micro-marketing campaigns every three weeks (each executable campaign in one week) distributed in 3 countries for people between 15 and 28 years old. Your service does not require the elaboration of materials, photos or videos because we do that. But we do need advice on which materials to use to be more effective in the campaign. We estimate that we need to work with the professional approximately 2 to 4 hours a day for a week in a campaign, for a total of 10 to 25 hours. If we are satisfied with the work, we would continue the rest of the campaigns with the same person. Mandatory requirements: • Community Manager and Social Network Marketing professional with at least 3 years of experience (the more experience the better). • The person must have executed at least 3 advertising campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, and hopefully at Tic Tok. This implies at least having created the necessary pages and accounts of the company or product on Instagram and Facebook, in addition to having executed the advertising budget and investment on Instagram and Facebook, deciding the criteria / advertising tags and the target market for advertising . • The person must have daily availability between 2 and 4 hours. • The person must be willing to work online and live with our team, using a video-call communication platform. Note: practically all the work will be done together through video calls. • Communication is in Spanish or English. • Work is to begin approximately Thursday, May 14 and end on Thursday, May 21. All the previous requirements are mandatory to be able to take the service.
