Título del Proyecto: Automatización de Flujo de Leads en Podio con Permisos por Departamento y Visibilidad Condicional Descripción del Proyecto: Necesito un experto en Podio para desarrollar un sistema automatizado de flujo de trabajo que permita mover Leads (propiedades) a través de diferentes departamentos en mi empresa, según la etapa del proceso en la que se encuentren. Cada Lead representa una dirección única, y su información debe actualizarse progresivamente a medida que avanza de un departamento a otro, sin duplicarse. Requerimientos específicos: Flujo de Leads entre Departamentos: Configurar para que el Lead se desplace automáticamente entre departamentos como Propiedades, Ciclo, Dispo, etc., dependiendo de la fase en el proceso, sin crear duplicados. Visibilidad Selectiva y Progresiva: Cada departamento debe tener acceso únicamente a los campos de información relevantes para su función. Por ejemplo, un equipo de ventas solo verá ciertos detalles, mientras que el equipo de seguimiento verá otros específicos. La información del Lead se irá completando a medida que avanza, pero solo el usuario primario (como el administrador o propietario del Lead) debe poder ver toda la información completa. Cada departamento debe poder ver únicamente los campos necesarios en la etapa en la que interviene, sin acceso a datos previos o futuros de otros departamentos. Permisos de Usuario Personalizados: Asegurar que cada usuario o equipo tenga permisos de visualización y edición específicos, garantizando que solo el usuario primario tenga acceso a la información completa acumulada del Lead. Habilidades requeridas: Experiencia en la configuración avanzada de Podio, incluyendo automatizaciones y flujos de trabajo. Conocimiento en herramientas de integración como Globiflow o Zapier para programar las automatizaciones. Experiencia en configuración de permisos y control de acceso en plataformas colaborativas como Podio.
