I am seeking a commission-based freelancer recruiter based in Egypt for my company in saudi arabia. This individual will serve as my go-to contact for hiring needs within the country. Currently, we are looking to fill telemarketing sales positions. Key Requirements for our Recuiters: - Excellent Communication Skills: This is a must-have for all candidates. - Proven track record of Freelance recruiting - Arabic Proficiency - Can find hires quickly (within 10 days, the quicker the better) The recruiter will receive a fixed percentage commission for each successful hire. Assume the salary of the hire's first month is 220 USD so you can base your quote on that THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION, THIS IS A FREELANCE RECRUITER POSTION
